Frequently Asked
Questions

When do dressage entries close?

Dressage entries close one week before the show date. Late entries are accepted at managements discretion. Accepted late entries will incur a $40 fee. Entries are non-refundable after the closing date.

When do jumping entries close?

While we strongly encourage entering ahead of time you can enter until 9AM on the show day. Adds can be done throughout the show day. Scratches will be refunded until 9AM. Scratches after 9AM will not be refunded.

Do you have stabling?

There is limited stabling at each of our venues. Stabling may be a mix of stalls in a barn, temporary stalls, and outdoor pens. Stabling is first come first serve, and is non-refundable. We welcome and encourage participants to show from their trailers!

Do you have camping?

We do offer rustic camping at most venues. Please reach out to the show manager for details. There is no fee for camping. Open flame fires are not allowed at campsites.

How do I qualify for year-end awards

There is no membership fee to accrue points. Just attend at least two shows and your points will count towards year-end awards. Equitation points are accrued by the rider, and hunter points are accrued by the horse. Dressage points are accrued by the horse and rider combination.

I have never shown before do I have to spend money buying all the special clothes?

While we encourage our participants to wear appropriate show attire it is not required. A tidy workmanlike appearance is acceptable. Appropriate tack is required for the horse though. You can learn more about that by referring to the rules in our prizelist.
